Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon arrival, please check your shipment carefully to ensure that the correct items are included and the products were not damaged during shipping. If your product arrives damaged from shipping, or if there is wrong item or missing item, please notify us via email at admin@psruk.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you provide detailed information, including any images you may have of the damaged or incorrect shipment. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion, once we have verified the error.

General Refund Policy

Other than incorrect or damaged orders described above, all orders are final and no refunds will be provided. We will be happy to work with you to offer products that may suit your needs better if you would like to find products that suit you better.
